Primers

Ok, here goes, I am going to brag a little bit. I found at a gun show today a private individual who had 4 boxes of winchester primers, 1000 to a box for 15 dollars a box. Two boxes of small pistol and two boxes of large pistol. Am I lucky or what.

At least in my neck of the woods the supply of primers seems to improving but 15 bux a thousand. That is like hitting three 7's on a Vegas slot!! My local dealer (Randall's) had some limits on both pistol sizes and large rifle but Federal small rifle primers had no limit. The Remmy match small rifle had a 500 limit. The dealer has a good supply of powder but still no Bullseye.

I have boxes of primers I dated 2007 marked $17. A few years later, they are $25, then $35, then unavailable. They are trickling in now and are about $38 locally.
