I shot this 4 X 4 out a ways behind my house yesterday. 5 1/2 years old and that is all it has grown so it is out of here. It did have a drop tine broken off from fighting.

I shot it with my Marlin 375 and my home cast TLC379-235-RF (http://www.ranchdogmolds.com/TLC379235RF) bullet.

Very nice buck RD. I assume it was "Bang-Flop" incident.

Way to stick with it RD. Some guys would have given up. It says alot about the kind of hunter that you are when you go the extra mile. I've helped track a few gutshot deer and it's no fun. When I see very dark/black blood I know we're in for trouble.

Nice Deer and glad you finally got him. Tracking isn't fun but it has to be done.
