I've read folks talk about BullPlate Lube on here. I'm fixing to start my winter casting and I'd like to try it as I've got a couple of aluminum molds starting to gall on me. I've also got a nice new MiHec that I don't want to gall at all.
Could someone post a link to BullPlate for me?
Also, I've read about "smoking a mold". Will smoke from a coal oil lamp help a mold release bullets a little easier?

It's right down at the bottom of your screen, but I'll post it:

For years now I have used a high temp anti-sieze with perfect results. I can buy it where I work. I see no need to change now.

Antiseize does work well. I've not gotten around to trying Bullplate.

Bull plate lube is super stuff. You owe it to yourself to try it. It will actually reverse
lead smears on the top of molds and bottom of sprue plates in a fairly short time, in addition
to being an excellent lube that make it possible to cut the sprues very hot so the cutting
is super easy, yet no smearing. Also makes closing Lee molds easier and more consistent,
keeping you from the dreaded Lee diameter creep as the mold gets harder to close as
it gets 'sticky'.

Can't tell you how much you will benefit from the small expenditure. One bottle is
a lifetime supply unless you spill it.

I spilled half a bottle the very first time I used it. Go ahead and buy two bottles.

Bull Plate lube is almost magical in its applications to moulds, casting and rifles.

It is a fine all round lube and works great on rifle barrels as well.

I bought two bottles of bullplate. Mixed one with 6oz of randyrat's beeswax to make speed green. Then poured half of the full bullplate bottle into the empty. Too many have said they spilled theirs so this minimizes the loss! Absolutely great stuff.

I'll probably look really ignorant here, but I followed the link and didn't find any reference to BullPlate lube. I did see a reference to Speed Green.

Can anyone clear this up for me? It sounds like what is on the link isn't bottled, but is a solid cake or stick...
