Can someone please tell me what this is? I'm looking to get into swaging my own .223's but I don't know what this is, and it looks like the seller doesn't either.

Without being able to measure them there is no way of telling what caliber they are.

Duh, I only looked at the first pic!, yup looks like 22 cal!

I assumed .22 from the stamps (22-6S and S-22)
I was wondering about the punches.

It looks to me like there is a point former that is taken apart. and the punches would mount in a floating punch holder in a ram. I am not suer what make they are. I am away form my literature so can not help on that front.
