I have a fine old Lee Loader that seems to be missing something behind the washer on the capper piece. (Put your primer in and whack it in place). Looking at it I assume it's a spring/wavey washer or something, but I've never seen one. I can tickle the washer out revealing a spot such a thing could be placed. Has anybody ever repaired one of these? What type of part should I be looking for? 8 or 9 repeated calls to Lee has resulted in only busy signals.

You didn't say what caliber it was. Here is the Lee parts page for the .38 Special Lee Loader -

You can click on individual part numbers for pictures of the parts.

The parts pages for other calibers can be found here -

Are you sure that you are missing something? Did you read the directions? I think that you usually sit the primer down in a hole & then put the brass on top of a spring loaded disk, & then hammer the brass down or something like that. It's been a while since I've used one of them.

Thanks, Jim. That's the point, the spring loaded disk has no spring. Thanks for the parts reference. that shoud fix me right up.
