I have been looking for a Ruger 45LC in 5.5 inch SS every where I can think of to no avail.

It's number is KBN-455 0464 but when I do a search all I come up with is a place called Ozark gun. I emailed them 3 times but no response, then on the last email I received a "Flash" email undeliverable, I guess they are out of business!

Any suggestions on where I should look or whatever to find one of these revolvers? I check gunbroker everyday but no luck. It's not a collector item, confused.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

There is a Guns America site also.

Try Davidson's Gallery of Guns. I ordered a Ruger from them on a Sunday night, it was at my FFL dealer ready for final payment and pickup on Tuesday.

I checked with one of my wholesalers, Ellett Brothers, and they have two in stock.
Check with your local dealer and have them order it for you. Ruger has been very
spotty with supply this year, along with everybody else, for that matter. Things
are starting to become more readily available recently, though.

Go here, they have Vaqueros and Blkhwls in SS if thats what you want. I have done business with them numerous times and was always satisfied.

Base534, thank you for the link. I'll add them to my check list. My current problem is an honest transfer agent. I can't order till I find one near me. I know where to look, it's not that easy, trust me.

Actually I'm looking for a "BlackHawk 45 LC, 5.5" barrel, adjustable sights, Stainless Steel.

No Vaqueros.

Youre welcome. They do have the Blkhwk you want in 4 5/8, so they should have a 5.5 soon, they are pretty good about keeping the stock coming in. They have a list of FFL dealers in your area when you go to check out with your purchase, so that might be worth looking into.
Good luck.

Changling,

Good luck finding the model you want. I watched gunbroker.com for 4 months as prices slowly dropped. I chose the 5 1/2 SS Bisley 45 LC. If you are a registered user at gunbroker.com, you can access a list of FFL Holders on http://v4.beta.gunbroker.com/FFL/DealerNetwork.aspx. You won't be able to access the list until you are logged on to the site.

Here's a Bisley. I've been watching these for a while. Usually 500 for 45 Colt only, 600 with the 45 acp cylinder as well. I'll probably buy one in a couple months after I get some things squared away with the feds and sell my SBH 44mag.

I seems I did see a standard blackhawk (non-bisley) stainless 5 1/2 recently though. Maybe at gunsamerica
