What do I have?

This came with a box full of RCBS & Lachmiller Dies, mostly for 45 ACP & 45 Colt. This is a Swaging die of some sort I think. The box says SD 6073, 45 ACP, SWC. The die itself has the # 3128 on each side of the clam shell. The interior of the clam shell halves looks just like the halves of a mold for a SWC bullet. The small part in the photo has the #452R on it. When closed the ID of the clamshell measures about .460 in what would be the base section if it were a mold. Is this style of swaging die still used. It appears to have never been used. The writing on the box is handwritten. No manufacturer listed. Is it worth anything to anybody?

with no more photos, kinda looks like some sort of resizer for the brass? sorta like a collet sizer maybe?

Looks like a Herter's "alligator" swaging die that makes a swaged boolit with grease grooves.

I think shooterg has it right. Back 40 years ago Herter's listed That unit.
