I've got a set of Magma .358 , 158 SWC , and was wondering if it was possible to get them recut to something else

I would contact Magma,I think they can BUT the diameter would probably have to be 40 cal or bigger.

Magma does not recut molds. I have of some custom mold makers that will, but there is no reduction in price.

Cost of mold material is no more than just a couple of bucks. Speciality metal costs no more than double that. In other words, the labor required to make an exquisite mold is just about 100 percent of the cost. ... felix

didn't figure there would be much savings , just figured it would be less hassle the trying to sell 8 molds

At the price used molds go for on some venues you might be better off selling them or even trading them with the members here for a mold you want.

I think if you sell your molds on eBay and buy some different ones you will be way ahead
of the game.
