View Full Version : How a lube sizer works?

I have never seen a lube sizer except pictures of them. I have a Lee sizer so I understand how that works. I don't understand what keeps the lube from being lost while it is being applied to the bullet. It seems that at some point there has to be an opening were the bullet comes out.

Any explanation would be appreciated.

Much easier than explaining...

Star sizers are a little different. They are a push-thru design where the lube is pumped to the lube groove as the boolit is pushed thru the sizing die. The bottom of the stroke pumps the lube to the grooves. Here is a good video posted by freakshow
