What part(s) should I change to get cases to flip out of the action? 44-40 Thanks.

The ejector spring, if everything ells is working properly.

Or give the bolt a good cleaning. The ejector could be sluggish from built up crud.

hiram while you have it apart polish the ejector , the rod that goes inside the spring and also check the fit where the ejector fits up to the chamber i have found that some of them have burrs that will effect thier operation and don't for get to clean the extractor take it out and clean the groove also /// the ejector can be a pain to get back togather have paitence its not hard just frustrating

................Man I was perplexed to see the title :-) Of course I assumed it was a Rossi. I have two. A rifle in 45 colt and the second is a 357 carbine. Both of'em toss the empties 2 benches down the line! I'd like to tone then down a bit, HA!
