Any interest in a 32/8mm 326407 185Gr.

http://castboolits.gunloads.com/picture.php?albumid=145&pictureid=1397

In response to feed back that we are getting
on our 32/8mm 326407 140Gr. group buy we are
offering this one for consideration. If this is to heavy
we could take a band or two off (about 10Gr. each)

Would be another good one for those M48 Mauser's
that are floating around out there too.

I'm in.

Hope the lighter one still happens as I have an application for that one too.

YES!!! I would definatley be interested in this 8mm mold seeing the light of day in the 185 gr. weight Loverin type design. I can see a 2 or maybe 3 cavity sitting on my bench. Of course handle type that fit and mold metal type construction are arguable later on, a top punch is a nice perk also.Robert

I would definitely be interested. I have a suggestion. Make the boolit more of a taper. Noise .313, first band .316, second band .319, third band .321, forth band .324 and the rest .326. I believe it would better fit the worn throat of many of the 8mm Mausers. Basicly an 8mm version of the Saeco 315

I am in for something about factory standard weight for the 32-40. I think 185gr. would be about tops in weight for decent velocity in a 32-40.

I would be in, I'm looking for something to shoot out of 2 94 winchesters. one in
32-40 and one in 32 special.

I am in with it as is. Just tell me where to send the money. Don't jack with specs on the bands. Leave them as they are. You got it right the first time. Trust me on this one. Now you have a scaled up 311407 Mod. It will be a winner in the various 8mm rifles.

Well, I stuck a $100.00 bill away in an old Lyman (No.35) loading manual for one of these molds. I will hold off as long as I can, blowing it on something else, but I am weak! So, lets get this one cooking!

Whew.... Saw this one at the last moment. I would like a single cavity unless there is a chance of having one with both a gas check and a plain base.

I see the price for a single but don't know the grand total with shipping, etc. Please advise and I'll get a USPS MO off. (Or whatever payment you prefer.)

11-03-2009, 11:30 AM
For some reason my first posting didn't. Operator error, no doubt. So here it goes again. Don't want to create any confusion if it comes drifting out of the ether someday.

I want a single cavity mould. I would go for a two cavity, if one hole could be plain based, but that does not appear to be an option. In fact, if I could get a single plain base, I'd go for that, but am happy to order what you offer. I see the cost listed but not the shipping and handling fees. Please advise total cost and I'll get the funds on the way.

dromia, I just have to ask about "dosh". Is that a UK term for cash? Love the learn about new words.

dromia
11-06-2009, 02:51 AM
"DOSH - "n British. Money. This is a working-class term from the early 1950s which was falling out of use in the 1960s, but which, like many similar words (bunce, loot, lolly, etc.) was revived in the money-conscious late 1980s. It is a favourite with alternative comedians and 'professional cockneys.' The original would seem logically to be the old African colonial term 'dash,' denoting a tip or bribe, but other authorities claim that it is influenced by 'doss,' in the sense of the price of a bed (for the night)." From "Dictionary of Contemporary Slang" by Tony Thorne (Pantheon Books, New York, 1990)."

It's been in current use as far as I can remember.

It does appear that production has slowed.
