That's a rare, classic, limited production Lee 6 cavity mould. Very few were produced in this configuration adding to the collector value. It was designed for tandem casting in order to limit fatigue. No reserve, opening bid $400.00.

I thought you gain leverage as you hold the mold against your stomach and push away.

OK
I guess you could have a 2x4 mounted close to wack the sprue plate handle on
And if you let it cool to much

That set up REALY gives you the leverage to wack the handle and break it

..............Oviously took the SP off, and then without written instructions with pictures put it back on like that :-)

Negative on the sprue plate removal, this guy just put the handles on the wrong end of the mold!

I haven't seen this on e bay yet Guess I need to go look it up and see what the seller has to say.

It's always amusing to read some of those, the one I'm watching right now has a pair of "shotgun" reloading press's for sale. Both are rusted to death and are going cheap the twist is the guy is claiming to ship USPS flat rate for $45.00!

What a Weiner!

He has to make some money some way since he can't get an overinflated price on the tools.
