Brass mould tarnish

hello guys,

I have a couple of Eagan (sp) Brass moulds that I have not used for a couple of years there is a bit of tarnish on them do they need cleaned up before use, and is there any thing I can do to keep them from tarnishing.

I wouldn't worry about your tarnish unless it makes the castings smaller.
Wipe them, get the loose stuff off, and cast. If they are too small as a result, then you have work to do.
