I see Grafs has 303 Savage brass. Anyone tried it yet?

Last year I bought some from graff and the brass is stamped norma. Was thinking of getting some more.

If you are thinking about it I would act quickly. PRVI just recently had a fire/explosion, I imagine it would somewhat crimp their production.

All the PRVI brass I have is either "NNY" or "Grafs" headstamps, depending on when it was made. Are you sure about the "NORMA" stuff?

Grafs did have some actual NORMA .303 Savage brass, not to be confused with PRVI.

It was quite a bit more expensive than the PRVI; not much chance of mistaking those 2 if you actually "bit the bullet" and bought some!

I have used PRVI brass in 7.5x55, 7.7 Jap and a couple other calibers. It is good brass,
works just fine. No experience with the Savage brass, but I would bet that they do
a good job with it, too.

And by the way, that marking is "pi" "pi" "y", not NNY. The cyrillic "pi" in some fonts
looks a bit like a lower case "n". The same greek "pi" from geometric calculations.

Have loaded Priv brass for a 8x56r Steyr. Good brass. Not Norma or Lapua is quality, but good functional brass and is well priced. I also have some in 7.62x54r which is also good brass. I think Hornady sells loaded oddball military brass which used Priv brass. Pretty sure the 8x56r Hornady sells is marked Priv.
