Been using 846 for several years in my AR-15, wanted to try it in 7-TCU in a 10inch barreled Thompson. I used 23 grs. behind a 145 gr 7MM Saeco 070-284 GC Target was a IHMSA chicken at 50 meters, the hold was at the front of the leg body junction, impact was centered low just above the leg body junction, the group was about 1 1/2 center to center. The primers are Fed small rifle match, the cases were a special run from Federal for IHMSA years ago, very nice with normal primer flatening. (by the way I'm 66 with eyes that aren't very good anymore) I will try to work this load up a little higher, should be able to take out those pesky rams at 200 meters
