Help needed instructions for lyman sizer

I just picked up a used lyman lube sizer at a gun show. It did not come with instructions, and I was wondering if anyone couuld help me with proper usage.
First how do I add the lube stick. second what adjustments need to be made to adjust for bullet length.
When I screw the lube bolt down the bottom sticks down below the press(it is not bolted down yet), when I screw it up it bottoms out. What compresses the lube?

You haven't said which Lyman model you have.
This instruction file is for the 4500, but it will suffice for the 450, as well.

If you have the (older) #45, a different set of instructions will work better for you.
If you need that...just ask and one of us will find them for you.

If you will anchor that press on a bench, the lube piston will come out of the reservoir...instead of the bolt head poking out of the bottom.
