Got my 25-20 yesterday

It came in yesterday, a very nice Marlin 27S. Also my shipment from Midsouth with mold,dies,gas checks,caseings and such.

It sounds like you are in for a great time , once you have a good load nailed down you and the woods will be in good company . I've thought a couple of time about getting a 25-20 , the first was when Kimber was offering a single shot and the last was at a show last year . A guy had a pair of Remington pumps ..... one a 25-20 , the other a 32-20 . Decisions , decisions , I passed on both of them because I'm having way to much fun with what I got .

Congratulations on getting that Marlin. You are going to like it. They are very well machined and the actions are smooooth! I have a half dozen 25-20s and the Marlin 27 is my favorite for woodswalking. Neil

This is my second 27s, the other is a 32-20. These are great little master pieces,to bad they don't make em like that any more.
