I've got two recent additions to the stable from the CMP. Both were handpicked by me from over 100 carbines at the South store. One gauges at 1 and the other gauges at 2. Both should be capable of good accuracy. I am searching for a 100 + yard load.
I've done a bunch of searching both here and on the internet. Tons of great data but very few reports of 100 yard shooting and beyond.
Please share your proven 100+ yard loads here.

300 yard load:

Mould: 311359 (the lee C309-120-R and the RCBS 30-115-SP work well also)
Boolit Size: .309 - .311 (as large as the chamber will allow chambering)
Gas check: Hornady or Lyman (new) crimp ons
Lube: Javelina
Powder type and weight: H110, 13.5 gr, 1880 fps out of my 2 current carbines

200 yard load for hunting;

Mould: Lyman 313631 105 gr SWC
Boolit Size: .309
Gas check: Hornady
Lube: Javelina
Powder type and weight: H110, 14 gr, 1950 fps

Mould: Lee C309-113-F or Lyman 311316
Boolit Size: .309
Gas check: Hornady or Lyman
Lube: Javelina
Powder type and weight: H110, 14 gr, 1900 fps

Note I am partial to H110. This is because it gives 100% loading density and top end velocities at appropriate pressure levels. Back when my eyes were still good I could put 15 shots (mag full) into 2 - 3 moa with any of the above loads at 200 and 300 yards with my 2 M1 Carnines. BTW I use WSR, CCI 400 or Federal 105 primers. No magnum type primer is needed with this small case. I am also partial to Javelina lube as it works with no leading even though I've shot hundreds of rounds at one time (using M2 Carbines with 30 shot "bursts) with no leading and no plugging up of the gas piston/cylinder. Accuracy is always excellent.

Wow! mind readers posting here. I have an older Winchester made M1 carbine thats just been sitting in the safe forever, my Son just traded for a new one made by Khar arms and I was looking for some good loads to try with some of the Molds I have. Thanks Larry Gibson.[smilie=w:

lee C309-120-R with GC sized at .309 just got a .310 sizer that I haven't tried yet

Shoots around 1650, shot at 100 only, good results.

I have an old Lee C309-130-R mold that casts WW boolits at .310". Those bullets tumble lubed and loaded over a dipped load of 1cc of 2400 will splatter into about 4-5" at 100 yards out of my CMP Inland carbine. I have no idea of the velocity, but that load functions my carbine as well as GI ammunition and leaves no lead in the bore.

Since Washington made the M1 carbine a legal deer rifle, I've been tempted........

Thanks for the replies. I've only used W296 with 110 fmj for my very first carbine loads many years ago. Might have to get some H110. Some good info here. Keep them coming!

Another vote for the Lyman 311359, sized .309 and lubed with Felix Lube. I use WC-820 because I bought alot of it when it was cheap. And that was the powder used in the military loading. I load with 11.5 grs, which gives a velocity of @ 1725 fps. Any small rifle primer works well. I could go faster, but it does what I want at present, and leaves the brass in a nice pile about 4 ft to the right.

I don't demand target grade accuracy out of my Carbine because I understand the role of this type rifle. For me it is a fun shooter, strafing clay birds propped on the 100 yd berm. Most days it is a 3 -4 MOA shooter at 100 yds. Just a pleasant, fun gun to shoot.
