I was looking at a SOG flyer at the gun shop today
And saw they were listing VZ-24 's in 7x57

Listed as PRE WW2 rifles , between the wars

As I am a sucker for 7x57 rifles ( I have 5 or 6 already )
I was wondering if anyone had looked at one of these ?

As I am not a fan of sinking $$ into a tent stake

...........No other info, like country that ordered them? Brobably Brazilian then. They ordered a bunch from various makers in various configurations over the years. I think about the only South American country NOT shooting the 7x57 was Argentina. I just checked and it said made for the Czech army? Seems odd to me but then again I'm no historian. If you have an FFL call'em up and see what tehy say about the bores.

I'd seen those. Stayed away because I don't load 7x57 and sure don't need another caliber to cast and load for!
