Is 4:1 pure to lino "about" the same as average WW alloy? Harder or softer? and will it harden by water droping like WW.

Slightly more Sn and Sb than typical WW. Will respond very well to HT.

My guess is would be a little harder and water dropping will make it harder yet.

Yes, I've done exactly that and the result was 26BHN.
