Friend just gave me a 4 cavity Lyman 452488 mold with handles in excellent condition. I know it's discontinued and was designed for the ACP but anyone have a load they've tried in the .45 Colt? Lee Liquid Alox ok as a lube for this bullet? It drops from the mold at 198-199 grains and measures .4535" I will size to .452.

try those unsized. check the cylinder exit diameter of your revolver. try to get the cbs at or just slightly bigger.
good luck.

Bullets and cylinder should be bore size. What good is it size bullets to bore size if the cylinder is sizeing them down before they hit the forcing cone.
