I just read a thread here and need some clarification. I am shooting a 9mm with 6.0 grains Unique powder using a 115 and 125 grain jacketed HP bullet. Primers look good, no signs of excess pressure. The thread I read showed this load past max using lead. I am thinking about shooting some lead loads so do I need to reduce powder charges when shooting lead in the future. My 115 grain jacketed loads are running at 1510 fps, is this to fast for lead also?

You should ALWAYS start with a reduced load when using new or different componets.

The loads you are using a way past the max in the 2005 Alliant manual for jacketed bullets. The max loads listed in that manual are as follows:
115 gr. FMJ = 5.5 gr. Unique = 1168 fps = 33200 psi
125 gr. FMJ = 4.9 gr. Unique = 1077 fps = 31700 psi
125 gr Lead=5.5 gr. Unique = 1139 fps = 31700 psi
