Need load data for RCBS-300-GC in a 454 Casull

i dont have the rcbs bullet but i do have a lbt 300 gr gc lfn that shoots just about everything well! my most accurate load with that bullet is 28 gr 296 for 1450 fps with several 1/2 inch 50 yard groups to its credit . bob

Its not a RCBS, but I'm shooting a Lee 452-300-RF that's dropping a 312gr after gc and lube. It shoots really well with 24 gr of 2400. No pressure signs. I could heat it up more but its already a handfull after several rounds. I can lay a quarter on three rounds one ragged hole at 25 yards. Have not had time to test at longer yards yet.
