Swaging die set-need help to I. D.

I bought some swaging die sets, all were supposed to be 22's, but this ones not, no mfg's name just numbers, # on the short threaded piece is 9, number 3 on the large piece and number 4 on the other, punch measures .247, punch on the large part measures .254. Hope I said this right, I'm very new to this venture so laugh if you like. Any and all help is appreaciated. I'm trying to also get a pic in this post, so we'll see if it shows up. Dave

At the bottom of the thread, click the "Go Advanced" button.
On the new window that pops up, there is a icon of a paper clip. It says "attachments"
When you click that, another new window pops up and you hit the "browse" button from the section that says "Upload File from your Computer"
Once you find the right picture file, you click the "upload" button.
