I've never used Radway Green's flavor of 4895, but 4895 is one of the most popular and most versatile powders for highpower shooting. It's very clean burning. It's mainly for J-word bullets. IMR4895 was used to load billions of M2 ball and AP rounds in .30-06 during WWII, and continued to be used for many years following.

Surplus powder is kind of hard to come by nowadays - the decent stuff, anyway.

A few bucks cheaper, but it's pull-down - you'll still wind up with the $20 hazmat fee.
