I shoot lead in my factory barrel. I used Bear Creek 155gr moly coated bullets w/4.4 gr of WW231 for an accurate load that makes minor for USPSA & IDPA. Mild recoil & accurate.

I don't have a 23, but have a now defunct FAC, Federal Arms Corps barrel on my Mod 22.
It is equivalent in price to a Storm Lake or Lone Wolf. Very accurate with both cast and condom bullets.

I would recommend Storm Lake. I have one in my Glock 26.

I've got a Lone Wolf barrel in my Glock 23 and like it very much.

I've got a storm lake for my G20SF - excellent drop-in fit and perfect for cast bollit shooting.

That reminds me, I need to order a mold for this....
