I bought a pound of Re19 a few months ago and I then found out that it is considered a "Magnum" Powder.
I couldn't find any loads for 8mm either.
I'm using a 7mm Mauser 160gr starting load of 44.5gr for my 8mm 180gr Jacketed loads. Speed is about 2300fps but I find a few grains in the barrel after every shot. Decent fireball at the end of my M48's barrel.
I hope this helps.

Dan:
What type of bullet, jacketed or cast, and what weight? Desired velocity and barrel length?
I will run a few on Quickload.

Dan:
With 29" barrel, 175 gr Sierra bullet, 55.3 gr (100% fill) of RE-19 will give 2629 fps. Pmax 37212, 88.65% burn. That is as much as you can do with it. It is too slow. Can't get enough pressure to burn all of the powder.
It is a much better powder in 7X57 and other cases which have a smaller bore diameter in relation to their case volume.
