I made the trip to Dixon's yesterday !
Saw many very nice rifles hanging from the ceiling and on the walls !
I'm sorry to say I didn't bring any home with me but I did get some flints , a 54 cal loading block and a nice old 10 pound meat cleaver [smilie=f:

Yep, a very dangerous place to go, (as far as your bank acct. goes!). I've been dealing with those fine folks for going on 20 years, a paradise for black powder shooters, boolit casters, gun builders and history buffs. It's like a super market of black powder guns and supplies in there!
It's a good 120 miles from the house, but I still do my shopping there.

Another affliction started [smilie=1:
I purchased a "William Beatty" meat cleaver friday and now I'm looking for more of the same brand !
My orginla intention was to find a nice old heavy one for use in my deer butchering . And I will still use this one and any more I happen upon . However I kinda liked the heft and feel of this thing now I want a few more of them !
