OK,
I have reached that place!
I am going to try my hand at paperpatching and need your advice.
I am going to try it on 2 diferent weapons.
First a 43 Mauser(71/84 Mauser.
Bore,
Land=.434
Groove=.449
Mold= Lyman 446110, drops pure lead at .437 nose, and .446 tail.
Lee .430 sizing die honed out to .433 for basic boolit
Lee .451 sizing die for completed P/P boolit
Paper is printer paper .0004 thousanths

second is a 1888 Commission Rifle
Bore=
Land=310
Groove=.318
Mould either a Lee c309-160-R or a C312-155-2R
boolit sized to ..309
completed P/P boolit sized to .318 using a Lee .314 sizing die honed out to .318.
Paper is printer paper .0004 thick

Those are my ideas and I would like to have input from someone a lot more knowledgable than so I do not destroy any equipment I don't have to as well as screw up the weapons.

Thanks for reading the post

Make your as sized diameters a thou or two bigger. Size finished boolitz one thou. over groove diameter. Lube patched boolit prior to sizing with JPW.

Also, I had no luck with light castings in patching for smokeless.
Go the heaviest you can, and use start load data for that in the same weight in jacketed.
I like 4895,4064, for paper.

Plus 1 on what he said, except I used BAC lube.
