Herter's had two series of dies. The early ones (1954-1960) appear to be Pacific or someting like that.
After the 1961/62 expansion of their reloading tool line the MkI and MKIII dies were made by C-H. The MKII dies are quite different in apperance from C-H so who made them is not yet known. I prefere the MKII dies for use as they seem to be of a better quality.

I pick up a set in excellent shape I did notice the resizing pin on some cases at the inside of the neck will remove some brass if the inside diameter is to think.
I found ths only on a few cases other no problems at all,the primer pin seem to have a knurl in the part were it enters the neck of the case .any idea what set of dies are these.

Talked to a man who worked for Herters for 12 years, he said that Lyman built their dies for the entire time he was at Herters. Compare Lyman "All American" dies from the 50's and 60's and they look just like Herters, even the lettering font.
