I saw a thread on here somewhere but I cant seem to find it now about fixing the powder leak in a loadall????

My perfect powder measurer has a link to tell you to dismantle the unit and rub powdered graphite on all parts, reassemble, tighten screw till powder doesn't leak.

Seems to me there are neoprene grommets to seal the charge bar. These are replacable. I may be wrong, CRS you know.
