Just shot about 50 .357s out of my NMBH. They were 150gr. Lee SWC, over 13gr.2400 lit with a Federal SPM primer. Yup a mag primer. They were accurate. Recoil was mild and I will chrono when I can get together with MGD45. Will post the FPS.:-D

Howdy !
If / when you get a chance.....
Try any Lyman .357 SWC of 158 - 172gr, over 14.5gr WW296 & SP Mag primers.
OOoooohh !!!

2400 & a mag primer works really well for me. From a 6" 586:
358156 ACWW
14.5gr 2400 - 1325 fps (this is what I settled on)
15.0 gr 2400 - 1340 fps
No leading, great accuracy.
357446 ACWW
14.0gr 2400 - 1325 fps
14.5gr.2400 - 1365 fps
These plain base ones gave a little leading but not too bad. Accuracy is good with both.
All of these are pretty stout and velocities are up there for a 357 revolver. Primer is a CCI SP mag. I personally get better results with 2400 than 296/110 in the 357.
