Many of the new group buy molds are available in multi-cavity and one of them can be a hollow point.

Can somebody with say a 3 - 5 cavity mold that has one cavity hollow point comment on it's ease of casting. Maybe list some pros and cons.

There are the "cramer" copies also. These would be 4 banger molds all having the HP pin in them.

This design actually works when making multiple HP's My experience with single / double cavity conversion is you spend so much time making the HP boolit come out right you don't get to cast the second non HP one.

If you want production go to group buys and look at what Mihec has offered.

Other wise stick to a single caviity HP mold it will be less hassle.

The only multiple HP I would use is the Cramer. I just got the 44/444 Cramer. Boolits drop simply by pushing the HP pins out. I'm casting one HP and one flat point and the HP drops more easily. I see more Cramer style molds in my future!
