I found the handle supplied with the Bonanza Coax press longer than is necessary for many jobs.

When I redid my wife's closet with an organizer kit, I had a piece of tubing left. Lo and Behold it was the diameter of the factory handle -- 3/4". I put a vinyl chair tip on the end and was happy.

I had another realization, the chair tip lacked comfort. Lo and behold, there was a solid rubber ball I found in the street hiding in a drawer. I think it is a Lacrosse ball - slightly beat up.

I drilled a 3/4" hole in it 3/4 of the way through. The finished hole is slightly less than 3/4" because most of the bubber was cut by the drill but some was pushed out of the way.

I hammered it on with a piece of lead and lo and behold, a joy of comfort.

If you don't have a solid ball like this, a pool ball might work. It doesn't have the cushion feeling, but it is smooth and round to the palm of your hand.
