I need some info on loading my 250gr and 260gr SWC plinkers with Bullseye powder for my Marlin .444 since I have half a can to use up. I've been using Unique but I'd rather save it for my .44 revolver. Anyone know where I can find some reloading data for that powder? Thanks!

How fast do you want to go? According to QuickLoad, 15 grains of Bullseye will produce a muzzle velocity of 1611 fps with Lyman 429244 and 1668 fps with Lyman 429421 at 27.5K PSI and 28.4K PSI, respectively.

Thanks MJ, 1600fps is plenty. I've been using 15gr of Unique but since I'm unfamiliar with Bullseye and the .444 I thought I'd ask.

Back the Bullseye down a grain or two and you'll achieve about the same pressure. Since I don't know anything more than the weight of your bullets, I'd say go with 13 grains of Bullseye first.

Thanks again MJ, if I end up with a good load I'll post the results.
