I bought a 357 Sig Lone Wolf barrel for my Glock 24 ( I may have outsmarted myself). The neck of the case looks kinda short so I am wondering if anyone has tried the Lee 356-102-1r mold block for this cartridge? I am also kind of curious about the 358-105-swc block for this cartridge. Does any one make a taper crimp die for this cartridge?

Thanks,

Big Dale

What you are going to run into is that the OL is different to different guns. you dont have much case to hold a boolit. Its not like a 9mm or 40 or 45. I used the lee356-124It seems to work, good but next problem is They are VERY eradic with powder and cast. I loaded about 100 cast and quit. .05 gr changes from daylite to dark. the crimp adds another change.
You will find that cast and 357sig were not made for each other. One other thing dont use the rem gold saber to load. There is a offset at the crimp and bullet will fall inside caseLee has the crimp dies

Met a guy at the range the other day. He was shooting a SIG chambered in 357sig and he was having good results with cast boolits. If I remember correctly he was using Blue Dot and a 147 grain boolit. Hope that helps.
