Is the Skinner SASS legal

Can anyone tell me if the Skinner dovetail mounted peep sight is SASS legal? A friend I shoot with has a Henry that he shoots in cowboy matches and also local silhouette. The buckhorn works ok for cowboy but not good at all for silhouette as he is an older gentleman. I thought the Skinner would help him with the silhouette because I know he won't D&T his Henry or put a tang on it.

No only the Lyman/marbles type of tang mounted sight is legal.

If the CAS folks around your neck of the woods are like they are here, they want mind until he starts winning matches. But then there are diehard rules followers and others that will push the limit.
Ask a few of the shooters it see.
