I know it was some species of leverite, that's about all.
Just something that sat way too long in the project pile.

I printed out the drawings, laid them out and traced them with an electric pencil engraver, then went back through with the mighty dremel.
Nothing too difficult, wasn't freehand this time. [smilie=1:

Very nice Ken, however my critical judgment suggests that the addition of a rifle, especially a Lee Enfield, would have completed the work. [smilie=1: :-D

[smilie=1: I dang near had a heart attack deciding on whether it should have mirrored 1911's, revolvers or a pair of rifles. I went with the 1911 and the revolver ,, this time.
Dang, Ken! That's pretty durn good work there, Bud!

:kidding:One question Ken. What type of firearm appears on the left side of the carving? did you slip and not draw the cylinder on it? [smilie=1::kidding:

:kidding: I'll guess that the firearm on the left side is a new fangled automajikally operated sliding fore and aft rectangmbler ceelineder! :kidding:
