I have a .45 caliber top punch that has "452 460" on 2 flats of the hex. These numbers are etched, not stamped. Appears that it is for a semi-wad cutter of FP. I think it may be an RCBS.
The thread is the same as my Saeco punches, the width (thickness) of the hex is 5/32" instead of 3/16" on the known Saeco punches
Any help as to brand and application would be appreciated.
