Who sells gas check punch for my lyman press

I think here is the place to find a tool or die to punch out my own gas checks on my lyman press. Looking at 45-70 ranch dog bullets TLC 350-460. or 358.
ALso what thickness of copper should I BE SHOPPING FOR ???????
