Let's all of us who have lost our dads take a minute to remember them.

It was nice to have all my children call today, but I would have liked to been able to make a call myself.

Here's to you, dad, thanks.:drinks:

My father died on my brother's birthday. Pancreatic cancer. I was there until the end, catching the puked up blood until it was time to wake my mother. It was a beautiful spring morning and a relief to see my father die, a shell of the man that stood in the Long Gray Line. It was an honor to be his son.

Dad was only with us for 87 years. I still had 10K questions to ask.

At the age of 57 I remember the day my father passed away.... when he was only 55. He passed way to young. Don't smoke, if you do quit.
