Have some but haven't tried them yet ! But in my .358 I used some 250 gr. Lymans (can't remember the # off hand with 16.7 gr. 2400 and they shot much less than 1" at 50 yds. Should be doing in the 1600 fps. range.

Thanks Hipshot, I had thought about using the data for the 358318 since they weigh so close to each other. 2400 wasnt mentioned in the lyman book but I just picked up a 8 # jug so I will give it a try. Again, many thanks

I use that bullet in my .358 Winnies (have 2), They both like it very well, but I don't have any data for the Whelen.:drinks:
