Hey rmaster,
Popped open my Old Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook. Found the boolit listed as a 147 gr GC, Top Punch and Seating Screw both #8. The boolit isn't listed with any load data, but could easily be used in these guns. 7.62 Russian, 7.65 argentine Mauser, .303 British and the 7.7 Japanese, this bullet is comparable to the lighter side of the cast bullet range for these calibers.

Are you asking who can supply one? Wait for another GB or pay through the nose for a Lyman on an auction site.
