Can dryer sheet be used as the poly filler?
I thiught I read somewhere on here that it could be done.
Loading up some 200gr's for the garand.

you can only try it;it should keep charges back in the case.
toilet paper works for me.

Not sure about that. My personal theory on fillers is a small piece of dacron and you're all set.

I don't think that the dryer sheet will expand out in side the case to completely cover the powder(could get folded) and keep it in the rear of the case.
If it gets folded then powder could migrate toward the front with handling.

In your location you may not be able to get Dacron(poly filler) so just steal the wife's pillow and use the stuffing[smilie=1: cotton works too.

Are dryer sheets any easier to find, purchase or use than dacron? Are we really saving any money here with dryer sheets, lint, etc? Perhaps in and emergency situation one might have to use what is available but other than that sticking with what is proven most often prevents frustrations with our loads.

I bought a cheap pillow one time from Wally World. All the dacron filler you could possibly want.

Never used a dryer sheet but dryer lint works real well

I thought you guys used to use kapok for that, or belly button lint. Just havin' fun witcha!

use the dryer sheet in your tumbler torn into strips.
use the lint as a filler.

Thats the answers I was lookin for.
Not trying to reinvent the wheel, just thought I read it somewhere that it had been done.
But, really looking to see what the boolit masters had to say about it.
