How do you all get those avatars on your name?

Create a PhotoBucket account (http://photobucket.com/).
Copy the picture that you want to use to there.

At CastBoolits:
On the toolbar at the top of the page select User CP
on the left side of the page select Edit Avatar
select one of the pre-defined ones or enter the URL from photo-bucket for the picture that you previously saved there.
Select Save Changes
