Bushnell banner repair is a joke

I spoke with customer service to day and they gave me the cold shoulder or another words they won't repair it : I have a old banner made in japan 3x9x40 and loss my cross hairs the other day at the range. I was told they don't have the parts for the older japan scopes. Bla,bla,bla,that is why I will not buy a bushnell product.:coffee:
I sold a new banner scope made in china a few months back.

thats why I buy from CDNN if the scope goes bad I dont have much in it and caan throw it away.I have bought Nstar and Norinco for $13 and they work fine.
you have no idea who is making them BUT they are made in china and the philipeans,the more expensive in japan but all the glass comes from Japan.:coffee:
