Just wondering if anybody has any hunting experience with Lyman #452651?
Seems like it might be a good bullet in my FA 454

I use that bullet in my 6" FA. I also use 454647. I haven't shot any game with either bullet yet, I 've been hog hunting with the452651 bullet, but no hogs showed. The bullet shoots well though, and I'm confident that a properly placed bullet of that weight will perform as expected:-D

Yes, it thumps deer or anything. I use it in my Vaquero. It is a little over weight at 343 to 347 gr from my mold but is scary accurate. I have shot 1" groups at 75 yards with it, rare but the boolit will out shoot me most of the time.
Lyman made one like it for the .44 for a while and before I could buy a mold, they quit making it because nobody could get it to shoot.
I had an argument somewhere over the .45, a load, the boolit or the Vaquero itself some time ago so I grabbed 5 shots, went down in my woods and shooting off the side of my leg, Creedmore, I shot this group at 50 yards to post. Not too easy with my eyes and the sights. I have dropped deer in their tracks to 100 yards with it.
