Hello
I noticed a C & H swaging die on e bay,marked 3575.
It looks very much like a Herters base die/body die.
Does any one know if it is for 35 cal bullets?
Will it fit my Herters Super tool?
thanks

Probably makes .3575 bullets. Ruger's are cut to .3575" grooves.

Thanks for the input.
Do you know the Outside diameter of the C&H dies;or if they fit into Herter's tools?
The Herter's die looks similar and the greater diameter is .827;the lesser one is .717.

I have a set of CH4D 101 series dies for 10mm swaging. They are 7/8-14 threaded. Try to thread the die in that press. My math tells me 7/8 is .875". Might be a smidge too big.

These dies are different,entirely.
They are not threaded;they are held in place with a 'collar'that screws into the base, where the ram is located. They form the base of the bullet.
The nose forming dies are threaded. They screw into a 'body'die, that is 7/8"threaded.
The cup die also fits the Herter's Nine Ton Tool, but the nose punch is different.
A seperate die is needed for each shape of nose.

Then I don't know. I've never seen the type of dies you are talking about.

Thanks,for your help.
I searched further, and found a picture of a Swage o Matic tool with dies.
Although the cup dies look similar, they are different.
