View Full Version : Lyman 4 Cavity Mold Handles back ordered into infinity.

I order a set of Lyman 4 cavity mold handles from Midsouth shooters supply back in Feb. They had the best price but at the time they were back ordered until April. When April came they were back ordered into May. When May came they were back ordered into June. When June came they were back ordered into July. :cry:

Do any of you guys have Lyman 4 cavity mold handles on backorder?

I had the same problem with Midway. My 2cav and 4cav handles are still on back order. I placed the order in January. I ended up purchasing a set of handles from Rick and they are excellent quality. I figured having an extra set of handles was a good thing anyway.

Nobody makes better handles than Red River Rick! Let Lyman keep theirs!

After getting some of Ricks I sold all my Lymans!

Had the same problem with Lee six cavs at Midway, finally cancelled and ordered direct from Lee Precision, had them in a week. Check out the product info on these at Midway website I believe they fit other molds as well.

I ordered a Lyman 4 mold handle for my new 44 mold(429421)on May 26 directly from Lyman since everyone else was on BO, I was worried it would take a long time, but I recieved an email couple days ago that the handles were in the mail to me. They should arrive Monday.

As for the Lee 6 cav handles I bought several pair off Ebay.
