Possilbe to use sizer with an Arbor press

I use TL and the Lee sizers so far. LEE doesn't make a 6.5 sizer. I need to install GC on my 6.5 boolits. I don't want to spend the $$ on a Lub-a-sizer yet. I'm going to try the LEE FCD method, but haven't yet.

I was wondering why I couldn't use a sizer and push the boolits through and seat the GC with an Arbor press.

What am I missing?

For 50 bucks or less get an old Lyman 45 and be done with it.

The best thing to do is to try it & see. It should work. As an aside, if you continue casting, you'll most likely end up with a sizer anyway. I think LEE will make you a custom push through, if you ask them. Anothe option would be to buy a 244 push through & have it opened up.
